Cpi aragon 50 de restricting.. top end!

I have a 2012 cpi aragon gp 50 with a leo vince tt exhaust. i have taken the restrictor out of the exhaust and i have also removed the washer from the front variator. however, my moped still only does 34mph!

can anyone help me on how to fully de restrict it to get more top end?

    Many thanks

how does it feel does it stop revving at any point? if it does then it might be the CDI or that might also be the best your scooter can do..

normally you need to upjet a little with a TT pipe and drop the roller weight a little. or it may have a restricted cdi or a restrictor in the inlet manifold..
