    stage 6 torque control help

    i recently bought the stage 6 torque control clutch and i need to know if i need to use these weights?

    The weights are for fine tuning the clutch, just trial and error to what you like. I would put some in there to try it first though.

    /yeah never dismiss them little things. The weights will make sure that the clutch is engaged as its making the shoe heavier. also making the pull off speed slightly higher on the rpm range

    how many should i put in then because im really not sure and i dont have the tool to take the clutch off so once i get it fitted on monday i dont know how many times the mechanic will let me borrow his impact wrench before he starts to charge me

    I think its about time you started buying some tools to start fine tuning ;)

    True, by the time you have paid a garage it's the same money as an impact gun.
    It is not hard fitting a clutch, but it is one of those things you might have to have on and off a few time to set up.
    Owning the tools will save you money :)
