Stage 6 280mm Oversized Disc for Gilera Runner

righty i bought myself the mahusivveeee disc to go with the stage 6 caliper i had on my bike already..
this is how it comes packaged.

Opened the little box to find a Disc, caliper bracket (to use standard caliper if needed And two alen key bolts for fitting
Disc is quite alot bigger to the standard sized runner disc. (original disc, 220mm S6 Disc 280mm)

looks stunning on the wheel and not rocket science to fit... Litterally remove the bolt holding the wheel to the bike forks, remove wheel, undo the five alen key bolts holding disc to the wheel remove one disc put other one one and rebolt into place.

And finally the disc on my bike.. Yes i know its not a gilera runner... Well its trying to be one but thats another story lol.

overall the disc improved the sharpness of the brakes near enough instantly ofcourse im still wearing in both the pads and disc but they work as they should and bring the bike to a stop quick!

Bad point- well the outer edge of the disc came in a black colour unfortunately it was a coating which im not sure if its for show use or it did something... After riding round the block a couple times testing the brake it started to fade to show a silver colour underneath.

    looks really smart that...

its quite normal for the black coating to wear off on the disc, the idea is that the black coating helps stop the disc rusting in the areas that dont get constantly wiped by the pads.

    no
    firstly:
50 caliper has brembo spacing of 43 mm
125-180-200 grimeca or heng tong spacing is 57 mm
    secondly
The 50 caliper with 12 inch wheel and 280 mm disk WONT FIT (also on stage 6 catalog is write)
125-180-200 caliper fits "better" but needs milling of inside parts.

and you cannot even buy stage6 radial caliper because the adapter is still for a 43 mm caliper, so doesnt fit on vx forks.

so I was pretty pissed off about that and i decided to do my own spacer for vx forks.

that the way to go for fit 220-250-280 disc and stage 6 radial caliper

in a little while i would like to start selling these in small numbers.
